Mindfulness & Self Care Day Retreat - Take a timeout for yourself

A one day rejuvenation and grounding experience for your body, mind and soul.  Dissolve your worries and stress, learn simple and effective self care practices to make your your daily life more joyful and fulfilling, build confidence and strength that comes from the heart, and experience true presence.  This six hour day includes a superfood light lunch and snacks, cultivation of mindfulness and an opportunity to set the responsibilities and obligations of your busy life down for a few hours.  Hosted by a counsellor and a coach with education and experience in trauma, triggers, overcoming and releasing.
