Health Food store specializing in local foods. We are two women (Cathy and Cris) following our dreams to open up a health food store. We are passionate about food, health, the environment and people. 

Our goal is to provide a local business that supports other local businesses. We have so many amazing farmers and producers here in Southern Alberta. We want to help showcase that. We feel that it is important to support local, ethical, environmentally sound, family based, organic, and kind companies. We have found some incredible companies based in Southern Alberta and our surrounding areas. We can't wait to share their products and stories with you.

In addition to wonderful local meats, eggs, seasonal produce, high quality packaged foods, body care and household cleaning products, we offer a great selection of high quality vitamins, herbs and other various supplements.

We will have two practitioners (Cris and Kylee) offering Nutrition and BIE services at the new location.
