Breathe Parkour is Lethbridge’s only purpose built Parkour facilty. We have classes for ages 6 – 10, 11 – 15, and 16+ (Adult Class). We have a comprehensive 8 level curriculm system.

What is Parkour?
Running. Jumping. Climbing. All of those basic movements that we already do in our daily life but with purpose. Getting from point A to B and efficiently or stylish as possible.

As you progress through the curriculum, you will start to learn deifferent types of flips, tricks, and arieals.
