I love these guys; they are always willing to take care of any problem I have. They did all the plumbing for my renovation and stand behind their work. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY WHO NEEDS A PLUMBING ISSUE FIXED.

After searching around for the day looking for someone to help me thread a gas pipe, Neudorf was able to help me out. The service was fantastic, and the staff was extremely friendly. Ayrton made sure we had our pipe threaded and out the door within minutes. Fantastic customer service, would highly recommend and will definitely use these guys for my plumbing needs in the near future.
I needed a part for my Moen faucet and when I called Rick he said to phone Moen as they have lifetime replacement parts. He said he had the piece and I could use it until the one from Moen came in. He also sent me to The Bolt House for the screw to hold the piece in and they gave me the screw for free as well. Thanks.
Very disappointed with service. They were supposed in install vent, toilet, hand-shower and recaulk the tub surround. Got hand-shower and tub surround done but nothing else. Was told requisition was lost in filing system despite the fact I called about having the bathroom vent installation. Two years later got whopping bill for work that wasn’t done.

A big thankyou to Neudorf Plumbing & Heating for helping us fix our Delta spray nozzle and hose this morning. Failed attempts to reach Masco Canada (for Delta warranty) was frustrating but the great guys at Neudorf fixed us up.

We had a sluggish tub drain. I didn't think the plug could come apart. I didn't really want to call a plumber. But when I called Neudorf plumbing, he said 'oh yes it does' and proceeded to explain how to do it. I went ahead and did that and cleaned out the drain really good. However, the drain was still sluggish. When I contacted him again, he said he had a tool I could take home and use to clear the pipe. I went home and used it and that did the trick. I was so thankful I didn't have to pay for a plumber to come to our home. Mr. Neudorf's advice, instruction and help were so greatly appreciated. He's the plumber I'll be calling from now on.
Thank you Neudorf plumbing for your fast friendly service. You fixed my aging shower when other plumber gave me the runaround and helped fix my leaking sink by helping me do it myself with minimal cost. Had all the parts and advice I needed to get it done. Awesome! you have a loyal customer.
Went looking for parts for an older sink and taps and found them ant Neudorf plumbing. No one else had the parts. They had the parts we needed and sold them to me at a great price along with some good advice and super friendly conversation. The little dog was so cute and friendly too. Will go back there in future.
I contacted Rick to see if he had parts for our bathroom sink tap. He explained to me what I needed and advised he had them in stock. I went to pick them up and brought what I thought were useless part. He assured me the spindle inserts were fine, gave me two rubber caps and springs and said no charge. He even added some plumbing grease to ensure easy lubrication. Mad my day and no doubt all our plumbing needs will be met by Neudorf plumbing from now on. Thanks a million Rick
Had a leaking toilet, called Neudorf at approximately 4 pm on a Friday. Neil was here just shortly after 4 pm and had leak fixed before 4:30 pm - and he was on his way to meet his new granddaughter! Now that's 10 star service!!
