Members and Guests of HLGC,
Over the past few weeks the Board of Directors along with Dave Nelson, HLGC’s Director of Golf Operations, has finalized the membership application for the 2018 golf season. We are excited to introduce some new initiatives relating to memberships at HLGC.

• Monthly Payments – Members will now be able to pay for their memberships by spreading payments out over a series of months. Please call Dave Nelson at the HLGC office after December 1^st to sign up for monthly payments if interested in this option.
• Intermediate Membership Categories – we have introduced new categories with new rates which will hopefully attract some younger members and families to our course.
• Monthly Minimum Clubhouse Charge – Some members at HLGC are unable to make it to the course some months due to priorities such as work or holidays. For this reason, HLGC members will no longer be required to spend $30/month. Members are now required to spend a total of $200 in the clubhouse throughout the season at their convenience.

Early Bird prices are still available at a reduced rate if paid in full by January 8/2018 as we are aiming to hold the AGM on January 15/2018. This gives HLGC a week to prepare the names accurately for the Early Bird Draw held that evening. The following is a list of the early bird draw prizes for those who purchase memberships in full by January 8^th.

• Two draws for 50% off a 2018 Adult Membership
• Four draws for 50% off a 2018 Yearly Cart Rental - If you are a private cart owner 50% off storage and track fees.
• Two draws for "Free Entry" into the following 2018 Tournaments - Chinook Classic, Ladies Classic, Southern Alberta Amateur, Hal Brown, Senior Open, Senior Open Scramble, Ladies Open Scramble, & Ladies Senior Club Championship
• Two draws for a 2018 Driving Range Membership
• Two draws for 18 Hole - 5 game flex cards
• Two draws for a game day drink! Glass of Draft, Single Highball, or Non-Alcoholic drink after your round.
• One draw for a designated reserved parking spot during the 2018 golf season
• Three draws for 2 game tickets to a Lethbridge Hurricanes game during the 2017-18 regular season.

NOTE: These items will be for the 2018 golf season only, are not transferable, and have no cash value. An individual may only win one of the available prizes. If you win the membership prize, 50% of the membership fee will be applied to your membership account.
