On May 23, 2017, at the monthly Board of Directors meeting a motion was passed that will allow juniors in the spike room when accompanied by an adult. So please don’t ask the HLGC staff to administer an old rule of the Clubhouse and make sure everyone feels welcome at the HLGC Clubhouse and throughout the property.
Online Payments
I will again like to mention that a Preauthorize Debit Agreement (PAD) is available at the office. We are hoping to allow our members a suitable option for those who will like to make payments on their accounts without going into arrears. Please note that members in arrears of 60+ days will have their charging accounts and playing privileges suspended. With a PAD agreement, you are allowing yourself a payment arrangement with the HLGC Office and you will not be suspended as long as you are making reasonable payments toward your HLGC account.
Members Accounts
Just more of a friendly reminder on the following topic. Members accounts and Online payments.
We recently updated to our new website without a member login section. Your account is still accessible from the website through the online booking page.
-go to the website www.hendersonlakegolf.com
-click on “book a tee time”
-sign in as a member
-to the left of the “Book a tee time”, you’ll see “Menu”
-Once you click “Menu” you will have all the options from before
-Click “My Account” and select “Reports” - you can now see the recent activity as well.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Question of the Week
We will like to invite all our members and patrons the opportunity to ask a question that you feel is important for you to have a better understanding i.e. reasons why we do certain things if you are not aware of any policies and you would like better justification. The Club will answer or pick one question per week and give a better explanation than the rumors that might be prevalent. At this time we have not received any questions, in which I am sure you may have some valid concerns.
Chinook Classic
The weekend saw 67 participants on possibly the best weather for a May Long weekend. Our overall champion was Ryan O’Donnell and the overall net champion was Cliff Stroh. Congratulations Ryan and Cliff.
